For assistance with Aeternum products under warranty you need to have the receipt.

The warranty period for all products is 2 years, unless otherwise indicated on the package.

You can, however, contact customer service for help, even if you do not have the receipt.

To request assistance, you can write an email to,  specifying:

  • Name of the person writing
  • Item for which you want to open a complaint or asking for assistance
  • Measure of the diameter of the article or cups number if it is a coffee pot
  • Description of the malfunction or defect
  • Attach images if the defect is visible
